WE COME TO YOU
YELLOWED, FOGGY & HAZY HEADLIGHTS
Along the Alabama Gulf Coast, the combination of intense sun, heat, humidity, and everyday exposure can be hard on headlight lenses. We see plenty of headlights across Mobile and Baldwin Counties that have become yellowed, cloudy, hazy, scratched, or chipped over time.
We sand and refinish the damaged lens surface, polish it back to clarity, and apply automotive-grade clear coat to protect the restored finish. Custom headlight tint is also available for customers who want a darker look.

HOW HEADLIGHT RESTORATION WORKS
We restore the damaged outside surface of the headlight while it stays on the vehicle. Before we begin, the surrounding paint and body panels are taped off and masked to protect the vehicle during the restoration process.
01
mask AND PREP
We inspect the headlights, clean the lenses, and carefully tape and mask the surrounding areas of the vehicle before any sanding begins.
02
sand the lens
We sand the lens in stages, starting with 600 grit and progressing through 800 and 1000 grit to remove oxidation, yellowing, haze, surface scratches, rock chips, and other damage on the outside of the headlight.
03
RESTORE CLARITY
After sanding, we clean the lens again with degreaser, then compound and polish the repaired surface to restore clarity.
04
PROTECT THE FINISH
We finish the restored lens with a protective clear coat to help protect the newly restored surface.
CUSTOM HEADLIGHT TINT
Our headlight tint is sprayed, not applied as film. We mix a specialized dye into the automotive clear coat to create a smooth, translucent tinted finish.
The shade can be customized from barely noticeable to very dark, depending on the look you want. Even darker shades remain translucent so light can pass through the coating.

CAN YOUR HEADLIGHTS BE RESTORED?
Most damage on the outside surface of a headlight can be restored, including yellowing, haze, oxidation, surface scratches, and rock chips.
We cannot correct damage inside the headlight or crazing — the fine spider-web cracking that develops within the plastic itself. If you're not sure what you're seeing, text us clear photos and we'll tell you what to expect.
PRICING & FAQS
Text us a clear photo of the headlights and your ZIP code for a quote.
Can yellowed or foggy headlights be restored?
In most cases, yes. If the damage is on the outside surface of the lens, we can remove the damaged surface and restore the clarity of the headlight.
What headlight damage can you repair?
We can restore yellowing, haze, oxidation, surface scratches, rock chips, and other damage on the outside surface of the lens. We cannot repair damage inside the headlight or crazing, which looks like fine spider-web cracking within the plastic.
Will headlight restoration make my headlights brighter?
Yes. Oxidation, yellowing, and haze can block some of the light passing through the lens. Restoring the lens removes that damaged surface so the headlights can shine more clearly and brightly.
How much does headlight restoration cost?
Headlight restoration starts at $150. Final pricing depends on the headlights and their condition, so we need to see photos before giving you an exact quote.
How long does headlight restoration take?
Most headlight restoration appointments take about 1½–2 hours.
Do you remove the headlights from the vehicle?
No. The headlights stay installed on the vehicle. We tape and mask the surrounding areas before restoring the lenses.
How is headlight tint applied?
We do not use tint film. A specialized dye is mixed into the automotive clear coat and sprayed onto the lens, creating a smooth, translucent tinted finish.
How dark can you tint headlights?
The shade can be customized from a very light tint to a much darker appearance. Text us a photo or example of the look you want and we can discuss the shade with you.
Is headlight restoration covered by a warranty?
Yes. Headlight restoration is covered by the same warranty as our wheel refinishing work.
What should I send for a headlight restoration quote?
Text us clear photos of both headlights along with your ZIP code. We'll look at the condition of the lenses and let you know what to expect and what the service will cost.
